Our Team

Bob McGuire grew up in New Jersey, moving to the Grand Rapids area in 1992. He graduated from Davenport University in 1996. Prior to beginning Bridgestone Property Management, he worked as a loan officer and mortgage broker for ten years. He obtained his real estate license and first investment property in 2003, and has been passionate about the real estate business ever since. Bob is a licensed realtor with Midwest Properties of Michigan. He's been married to his wife, Heidi, for fifteen years, and together they have three great children, ages 13, 10 and 8. Bob is an active volunteer in the community. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, skiing, boating and spending time with his family.

Lupe Anderson is a great asset to Bridgestone Property Management. She grew up in California, and worked for many years in the property management business. Lupe moved to Michigan after falling in love with the area while visiting family here. She is an excellent record keeper and is also a licensed realtor.
